Bufferbloat is the critical thing that kills online meetings.
That's why many-lettered WIFI is so bad, because it gets it's throughput by
doing high-latency batching...
Is storm dealing with bufferbloat on their rural wifi?
If so, I would expect it (or anything) to work well for voice-only down to 64kbps.
I'm unclear how much JITSI does mixing on the server vs direct p2p RTP.
