To get an idea, you can look at Canada's IXPs (Internet Exchange Points). Full list here: https://www.cira.ca/en/net-good/network-resilience/ixps/ And then on the respective IXPs webpage, you can look at the members/peers. If your favourite ISP or cloud provider is not listed, you could encourage them to be.
