I have the message in question.

I suspect Google marked it as suspect because the person who runs 0744.ca
has it DKIM-sign his mail (I assume from the name Andrew that it's a male...)
I wonder if the DKIM signature failed to validate for some reason, possibly
because of something the mailing list did? On my mail server, I see
this log line:

2021-01-22 13:42:51.246349 -05:00 dianne sm-mta[27635]:
10MIglMd027635: Milter change (add): header: X-Spam-Score: 0.47 ()
[Hold at 4.60]
DKIM_SIGNED:0.1,HEADER_FROM_DIFFERENT_DOMAINS:0.249,SPF_PASS:-0.001,T_DKIM_INVALID:0.01,T_TVD_MIME_EPI:0.01,SPF(pass:0),DKIM(fail:0.1)

so the DKIM signature was not valid. I don't see that the mailing list
did anything untoward, so perhaps the originator's DKIM signature
isn't valid for some reason?

Regards,

Dianne.
