The only way around this is to use SRS (Sender Rewriting Scheme) on your end; Google (!) it. SRS is a bit of a bear to set up. Frwarding mail to a machine outside of your control is essentially broken due to relatively widespread adoption of SPF and DMARC, despite the fact that those protocols have done nothing to reduce spam or effectively improve email security. :( Welcome to 2019.
