The basic install was from a CD I downloaded from one of the listed
mirror sites, I belive it was from a site run by colegico cable.
I am on a NCF supplied DSL line so I should be getting quite a bit of
bandwidth, and in this process I have occasionaly seen bursts at 200kbs.
then 0 bits for a couple of minutes, - after which I guess it retries
and I get some download again.
I am wondering if BELL has decided that I need some throtling in my life?
