It is a single CD (as opposed to the Debian releases > which were more comprehensive and filled many CDs). The basic install was from a CD I downloaded from one of the listed mirror sites, I belive it was from a site run by colegico cable. I am on a NCF supplied DSL line so I should be getting quite a bit of bandwidth, and in this process I have occasionaly seen bursts at 200kbs. then 0 bits for a couple of minutes, - after which I guess it retries and I get some download again. I am wondering if BELL has decided that I need some throtling in my life? > When I had a dial-up connection, I ordered Linux CD's (full Debian > releases with sources) from ComputerHelperGuy (Proof Positive > Productions).
