If you're using PPPoE, you'll want to look into reducing your TCP MSS
rather than (or in addition to) your MTU....

I am on Shaw Highspeed Cable Its not a PPPoE connection. But I will try lowering my MTUs. I kinda think it is a Linux vs Microsoft issue. I have read that Scotiabank is in bed with Microsft and Microsoft was supposed to develope online banking applications. Something in their script is causing this problem.
One thing I havent done yet was try Internet Explorer through WINE.
