To Rob: For speech-to-text I would highly recommend perusing: https://freeswitch.org/confluence/display/FREESWITCH/ASR

I think we could leverage BigBlueButton for this too!

I think we would have to try it out to see how it works with French - I agree that this would be amazing!

That's 20 years ago. I've been active on freenode (now Libera) since
2012 and I don't know what "drama" you're referring to.
