Re: Musing about higher range wifi

As Ian Allen has pointed out, NCF encourages this, though I accept other
ISPs may not.

It's also part of the musings (security, registered users) to monitor
usage to some extent.

My guess is that illegal purposes are relatively difficult to detect if people
have set out to go in that direction.
