At industrial levels, the PCIe version is at a premium to the SATA version but it’s not a huge premium. For us, due to the volume we may wish to purchase in, M.2 SATA is more cost effective. The PCIe performance boost is not significant for us since there are other bottlenecks on our cards and parts cost consideration.
