That's a hack:

- Mutt has a built-in SMTP client.
- I already have too many programs that do SMTP or IMAP on my computer.
  I don't want more bloat.
- It doesn't solve the problem at all. The problem is that sending mail
  the traditional way is two operations, not atomic, when it should
  really be one.
