You seem to be lacking a clear grasp of how a syllogism works.
It goes like this:
All A are B.
All B are C.
Therefore, All A are C.
My statement said as much. Yours says something quite different:
All A are B.
All A are C.
However, you cannot infer that just because all A are both B and C
that all B are C.
It's much easier if you draw a Ven Diagram of the two.
