Some items we need to sort out for the upcoming seminar: 1) projector. The Library does not have one. Apparently there is a screen (Mike K will check, but if anyone has experience of the Emerald Plaza facilities, do let us know), but no projector. At the OCLUG meeting, Aaron suggested he may be able to borrow one, but we should ensure we have a backup. Does anyone have a) access to projector we could use or b) knowledge of suitable rentals? 2) publicity. Please send me and copy board with suggestions of email lists where we can publicise the event. For info, the current blurb is copied below. Note that there are approx 40 seats at the venue.
