Hi Bill,

I want to thank you for asking all those questions.  Sometimes the
answers are beyond my level of understanding but often they do clarify
some obscure corner of my memory.
Please continue to ask and also place your write-ups on the wiki so that
all newbies can benefit from that accumulated knowledge.
