No. Learning all at once is no better or worse than learning in small chunks. When you learn a ton of messages, it really just goes through them one-by-one anyway. However, I would recommend you tell it to learn *everything* in your spam folder as spam, not just the ones that you manually move there. (With this is mind, it may be more efficient to move the messages yourself and learn the entire mailbox all at once just before you clean it, rather than learning before/during the move.)
