Saigon Pho closed on the 27th of August after being there 18 years. HPVOoO.ca did meet there for a short while until they closed Sunday nights and has moved to the New Mee Fung at 350 Booth. I'm open to new ideas of both food style and time. I've heard dissenting voices on both.
