€20 for a 30-day SIM is a very good deal. I paid a lot more than that in Amsterdam, but was probably ripped off. 🙁 However, it did have unlimited data rather than a cap.
Lycamobile apparently offers a "Holland package" of unlimited calls and texts in NL (I suspect at least Benelux however) and 5G data. We used < 0.5Gig in 18 days, but did have tablet use wifi where available, which was quite a lot of places, though the security might not be greatest. My pre-trip research suggested Albert Heijn and Primera would sell this for 15 Euros, but our experience was that staff weren't sure which hanging "envelope" was the right SIM, and the fine print was very, very fine. So Dr. Mobile in Leiden was a great find. Moreover, we've used Leiden at least 3 times rather than Amsterdam, as it's about same distance from Schiphol, has accommodation pretty well at the station, and lots of easily accessible things to see and do. As everywhere, mobile phone offerings take a LOT of checking. Sigh.
