My original modem was destroyed in a flood and I bought my own VDSL modem which I could not get working; the TekSavvy tech was very helpful in getting it going. That was 8 years ago. More recent tech support tickets have been pretty unsatisfactory. As for other services like email, etc. I self-host those. I never rely on my ISP for anything other than connectivity.
