Re: Internet provider issue

I have a dissenting view of Teksavvy's support, at least as regards email not working with my VPN and even without the VPN it came to the point where it wouldn't work with my Linux machine, and barely/sometimes worked with Win11. Their tech support was useless, no support tickets for email issues, very hard to get past 1st level support, start from zero each time you call in, etc. They didn't use to suck!

I'm now with Cogeco for internet and paying Proton (Swiss) for email. Cogeco gives you a Modem/Router combo which is pretty well locked down. They have a phone app, also limited in functionality :-( Sorry for the middling/bad news.
