This might be a useful option.
Look up the epomaker ek21 numeric keypad. Supposedly fully programmable
and connects via bluetooth, 2.4ghz, or wired. Buy some blank key caps
and repurpose it.
There are a lot of small macro keyboard devices out there, but most are
wired.

You don't need to buy on Amazon. I use Amazon as a catalog and when I
find something interesting, I search the name and model number for alternate
places to buy it from.
