Mailman v3 migration for all the LUGs

I think that is a great suggestion for a behavior change. I have this vague recollection that this is relatively new behavior, but that might be from the previous list software.

I am assuming nobody will be offended if I make that change, so I'll see about changing it tonight, however it might not happen immediately, depends on my distraction level, but it is on my whiteboard now!

Thanks Scott!

I've been pondering this thought for a while, so I'm sharing it to see what everyone thinks.

The new Mailman v3 is quite nice in many ways, but it takes a *lot* more resources than Mailman v2 (or, presumably, MMJMMx1(?)).

Basically, at ~1 GB of RAM (for the umpteen Python3 processes it runs), it makes a dedicated 1-2 GB RAM VPS a requirement.

A bunch o' LUGs ought to run MM3 on a VPS, each contributing to cover some share of costs, and each LUG can admin their own lists via the (quite lovely) web GUI.

What do y'all think about something like this?
