Hi James, I have been able to log into CRA's *My Account for Individuals* (CRA), so you may need to contact CRA directly regarding your login problems. Try calling CRA at *1-877-627-6645*, or go to *canada.ca/my-cra-account <http://canada.ca/my-cra-account>* for more information. I remember having someone on the phone at CRA step me through the process of setting up *My Account* using my bank ID, originally when I had questions. Otherwise, have you tried using a different browser client? The other worrisome concern is that you might be one of the "unfortunate victims" of a CRA breach back in August of this year, and had your account locked out for security reasons.
