If I recall, Russell attempted to move the list to a new platform
(Google based) but there were unforeseen problems that he didn't have
the time to address. He probably has access to the names and email
addresses of the members at that time and it might be starting point for
your new list. If you don't have Russell's email address, contact me
off-list and I will provide it to you.
