Perhaps a slight tangent but Dell sells PCs with Ubuntu pre-installed and supported. We've had good luck with their laptops though we prefer RHEL / CentOS. Though I just noticed their new 5530 laptop does list RHEL 7.5 as supported so I'm going to order a few and try it out.
