Last summer I got fed up with my Sagemcom Bell rubbishy modem (NCF used them for about 6 months) and bought a Smart RG that seems much nicer. I donated the "old" one and they seemed happy to have it. (I was right there, and we were testing it. While it worked fine, I decided I'd had enough of the "push" updates from Bell that often reset my stored password, so I just bought the Smart RG on the spot and left the Sagemcom.) So I think the answer is "yes". I would guess office [ at ] ncf [ dot ] ca would be an appropriate email to contact.
