Hi JF, John This long document mentions OpenStack in seven places. http://www.ssc-spc.gc.ca/pages/dcc-rad-eng.html If your VMware is already up and running, then you might find it tough sledding to propose a multi-year project to implement OpenStack. Quicker with a few people who have good experience. My preference for your project, with limited experience, would still be Docker and some scripts.
