We have gone from startup to paying customers, just completed a funding round, and need two software experts to join our team immediately. We've integrated three levels of the cloud stack, and provide it to organizations in a low-cost, convenient cloud package: 1. Cloud Intranet. An all open source hosted Intranet, with secure networks, directory, storage, etc., in eleven specialized virtual servers dedicated to each organization, all hosted in Canadian data-centers. 2. Virtual Desktops. Integrated virtual full Ubuntu desktops, accessible at blazing speed across the Internet around the world. 3. Applications. A suite of the world's very best open source software, more powerful than available from any proprietary company, with single-sign-on and other integrated value. We have a long list of enhancements we plan to make. But we also want Cirrus Computing to be more than just a way to earn a living - we are focused on building the following win-win: a. Customers. We need two highly skilled experts to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with responsibilities ranging from development of management software to support of early customers. Expertly skilled with Linux operating systems, with Ubuntu a bonus. 2. Networking. Good understanding of Internet networking, TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, virtual private networks, firewalls. 3. Email. Good understanding of email systems, IMAP, SMTP, spam and virus control. 4. Server Virtualization. Familiarity with server virtualization, with OpenVZ a bonus. 5. Desktop Virtualization.
