Nothing appears to have been blocked. I see the message "OT: NTSC tuner card" from bjlockie [ at ] lockie [ dot ] ca, but it went through (and so did many of the replies) to the list.
James, did you see the replies? If so, it may be that the mailing list isn't configured to send you copies of your own messages. Someone with mailman access can check that.
