[OCLUG-Tech] NABU Network event in Ottawa

On November 21, Canada Science and Technology Museum in Ottawa is
organizing a special NABU Network event.

Historic NABU Network Demonstration Event
Saturday November 21, 2009.
2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Canada Science and Technology Museum Auditorium
Visit the Canada Science and Technology Museum for an afternoon
symposium accompanied by
a display of historic NABU equipment, trade literature, and
demonstrations. Museum admission applies.

2:00     Keynote Address: John Kelly, Founder of NABU Network.
2:30     “NABU Network at the York University Computer Museum”
         Zbigniew Stachniak, Department of Computer Science and
Engineering, York University
3:00     Demonstration of the NABU Network and audience discussion.
         Zbigniew Stachniak and William Kindree, ByteWorks Inc.

Following the demonstrations, Zbigniew Stachniak and Scott Campbell will
launch their new book Computing in Canada: Building a Digital Future.
