I hit "Send" and then immediately realized I lied.

Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> General -> Config Editor

You said the preference name started with "network" so type that in the 
box.  Now scroll down.  Any entries that are not the default, e.g. 
something you added or changed, will be in bold type.
