[OCLUG-Tech] Tiddlywiki?

Has anyone on this list had any experience with Tiddlywiki
http://www.tiddlywiki.com/
Seems like it might be interesting as a way to keep documentation of 
small projects or activities, but I'm wondering about security and 
portability of files.
