QUALIFICATIONS / DUTIES: * The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Computer science degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of programming experience working in a product development environment using C and C++ . * The successful candidate will have experience with a variety of operating systems and programming languages and proficiency developing kernel level device drivers on HP/UX / Linux. * Strong communications skills, an ability to write concise technical documentation and a commitment to quality. * An ability to work in a team oriented environment as well as independently. * A proactive customer oriented approach when troubleshooting software problems and resolving issues related to process and tools. * Proficiency using kernel level development and debugging tools on various Unix platforms with specific experience on HP/UX.
