_night splicing_ the Rogers downtown was your fault, wasn't it? :-) (I am mystified that they were able to kill so much of their network at the same time. I suspect SDN is involved, the SDN controller screwed up, and they have no OOB, and hat to send humans out. Only humans had Rogers' mobile phones..., and they had no OOB access to the humans. yes, there is an RFC for that: RFC8994 and 8995....)
