Hi Dianne,
Nice tip, not my universe.
Daughter uses my old laptop cause she can't afford one with enough O.O.M.P.H. to do the gaming programming she wants to
do. So she doesn't sctually have one this month.
So I am using FF on Android.
Editing the existing URL is not allowed in this universe, AFAICT.
Workaround is to long press on the URL until Android gets tired of resisting, and says it has copied it.
Then hit the + icon to open a new tab, and paste it there. You can view the whole URL and edit it, in and only in, a new
tab.
If your mileage varies, please clue me in.
In related news, Mozilla's top level blog page is visible now, and maybe all the bwoggies.

Firefox wants you to not connect to insecure sites - which in this
case seems to mean it uses http vs https.
But firefox apparently no longer shows the full path starting with http://
If you double-click the address bar, it expands out to include http:// or
https://. At least, it does for me on Linux with the latest stable Firefox.
It also shows a crossed-out shield with the words "Not Secure" for an http://
site.

Dianne.
