I was locked out of my bank (TD) so I had to phone them.
They wanted me to upload a photo ID and something else (I stopped
listening after upload) to their "provider".
Or I can go in to a branch (which I'll do).
They didn't know or wouldn't tell me who the "provider" is.
I don't know if it's in Canada or what security they have around it.
I'm not paranoid, I just don't trust them to protect me. :-)
