 Thank you, Ron.
Trying to login with my rogers email on Yahoo always redirects me to rogers.com.
Do you know if the developper network for Yahoo will allow use of my rogers email account, in order to get an OAuth2 password?
I ask because the "App Password" service by Rogers was discontinued and I cannot re-create a new one.
I don't know if that was OAuth2 or not, but it was SMTP so I don't know if that was Oauth2 or not, at this point.
Thanks again for any assistance you can provide in helping me regain my previous access.

I don't want to go there just yet, but I might have to get a separate service just for my email, in parallel with the existing Rogers internet service.

See if you can log in via Yahoo and generate a new OAuth2 app password:

https://login.yahoo.com

If that fails, use web mail to download your messages locally, sign up
with, say, North Mail, and sync the messages you downloaded via web mail
to the new account.

Then, tell everyone your new email address.

Using IMAP, you can tell Thunderbird which folders to sync so the
messages from the server are downloaded locally (and exist on the
server). The existing Rogers mail can be synced back to the server if my
memory serves correctly.

Best of all worlds - accessible from everywhere, status (read, replied,
flagged,...) all exist in a central location so all devices see current
data.

Plus, push notifications mean messages appear in the client immediately
upon being received on the server.
