Document Collections - What to Do?

John has a short presentation based on his recent mailing list
question on what would be a good way to documents and keep them
in as close to the original format as possible.

Anyone who wishes to demonstrate software they use are welcome
to step up and show their tool of choice.
o
It should be understood that there are no “best ways” to
accomplish this. Suggestions are welcome. Please remember that
this is a subjective and use case driven thing. The object is to
see what people are using and maybe inspire someone else.
