The "executive director" is a long-haul truck driver name Andre Duttmann
who lives in Saskatoon.  The treasurer, Gord Tremblay, lives in Nova
Scotia.  Another director, Thomas Boudewijns lives in Geldern, Germany.
(Despite having a Dutch last name, oh well...)

And I have no idea who in the Sam Hall Sam Hall is, because he's not
listed on the government site.

But perhaps ChatGPT also hallucinated Sam Hall?
