I really don't know what to think about it, but here's a couple thoughts:
1. This guy doesn't seem to be visible on any of the big Canadian LUG
mailing lists, that I'm aware of, so feels like an outsider trying
to unite and lead the various communities
2. I hate all the animated motion on the front page
3. There are a lot of requests for funding to support... something
He may have already reached out to this LUG; I'd be curious to hear?
All that said, he may mean well and have the best intentions, and if so,
good luck to him.
