A lot of mailing lists will have public archives. Not sure if the
software running this list supports "members-only" archive viewing.
Also, deleting individual messages might be tricky.
Since the only info is your name and an obfuscated version of your email
address, it doesn't seem too important for it to be publicly listed?
Since it's a Gmail address, they do reasonably good at blocking inbound
spam.
Note, I don't run this list in any way, just adding commentary.
