I do.  It integrates seamlessly into my email client (claws-mail with
a PGP plugin.)

I sign important messages such as software release announcements, etc.
Users of my software are used to them being signed, so if someone
spoofs a release announcement, I hope at least one of them would
catch it.  Signing can be as important a use-case as encryption.
