Yes, OVH generally has a bad reputation, not because OVH is bad, but because anyone can set up a VPS and they don't filter SMTP. I was assigned my IP while I was still running Roaring Penguin and I knew my way around the various postmaster tools from Google, MSFT et al. and did my best to make sure they would not block my IP.
