MSP's in Ottawa area with health industry experience?

The question was asked in OWASP Ottawa Slack.
Apparently it's a company with about 50 seats to pay for.
I think MSP stands for managed service provider.
Anyone in this august group know one of those in Ottawa and have comments on their quality?
