As I understand it, Shared Services Canada is ONLY for use by Federal
Government departments.
Wikipedia agrees:
"Shared Services Canada is an agency of the Government of Canada
responsible for providing information technology services across federal
government departments."
So, the government service that John Brooks would be able to use does
not exist.

Hi John,
Yes. SSC is still under the control of the Government of Canada, and
all that entails.

That department exists. It's Shared Services, AFAIK. I'm not a fed

Prime candidate for "Federal Infrastructure Project", anyone ?
Should it be established as a distinct Department of the GoC or, as
I believe it should be, as a distinct Branch of National Defence,
keeping it firmly under government control and away from any
potential for sale into Private Interests or exposed to Foreign
Takeover, thereby ensuring Canadian interests are always paramount
in the mind of those ensuring its ongoing operation and continuity!

There's no substance at all. Only good thing is that they give names
of principals
and actual office addresses -- something lacking these days from
most corporate
web sites who seem anxious to have no place writs can be served.

Hi
The advert in LI seemed to be simpler than the actual web site.

The web site makes it look more like "hybrid cloud - the part in
your internal baby cloud is sovereign".
Maybe.
If you see the advert for "Symphoni" cloud, please screenshot it for
me/us.
