Yeah, the Reply is messed up - it only goes to the original sender by
default.
I Reply-All then remove the individual and let the list distribute a
copy to the orig poster.
Somewhere in Mailman is a setting to change the Reply-To to be the list
(I cannot imaging a scenario where that wouldn't be the desirable default).
However, I think this list is not on Mailman?
Also, the threading should be based upon this header:
> In-Reply-To: <20250130221441 [ dot ] 2FD04617DD [ at ] mail [ dot ] linux-ottawa [ dot ] org>
which just makes it more baffling.
Fortunately, it's pretty insignificant.

Not sure if it's of interest to this list, being not-on-mailman?
Has a side benefit of some nifty systemd tricks...
