I bought some of those from aliexpress a few years ago. Nice little gadgets. Current offerings suggest "Voltage: 4-20V+/-1%, Current: 0-3A+/-1%" - They just package standard voltmeters into a USB housing.

I don't know about +/- 1%, but when I used them they did coincide nicely with the under-voltage messages I got from my pi from my DC/DC step down 5V converter which turned out to be not very 5 Volty.

Also, if you have a USB socket kicking out 20V, then you probably have bigger problems.

I also tried them in series to see how much power they consumed. I don't recall the value, but it was not trivial.

I suspect it will do 4-6V and 0-1 Amp. Maybe 2 if lucky.
