- GUI or CLI?
- Please provide the exact invocation.
- Redacted zfs list or findmnt output would help.
- czkawka manually downloaded from the GitHub releases¹? Manually
  compiled? Installed via native package (not Flatpak or Snap, but
  AppImage would do)? Snap?

Works for me on ZFS on Arch with an official precompiled
~/.local/bin/czkawka_cli. This sounds like a snap problem, not a ZFS
one.
