A month ago (19th December), an email was sent out from the secretary, asking members who wished to be OCLUG corporation voting members to confirm their legal names. This was in accordance with the club by-laws. Specifically that the secretary must be able to communicate with voting members (email) and have their legal name registered. A confirmation email has been sent out to all those who are officially voting members. If you believe you should be registered, but have not received confirmation, then please reply to this email (sent from secretary [ at ] linux-ottawa [ dot ] org) stating your legal name, so we can update the list.
