As I understand it, - A note in the About linking to original sources is enough, if there are no changes. - Drivers can be proprietary. - Apps can be proprietary. Does that cover all the cases that would have to be present, as opposed to corner cases that might not be in play? Not sure I got all of that right. And I would review the licenses and legal commentaries before developing devices.
