Re: Linux Webcam Recommendations

As Alan says, webcam support is pretty good, though I've been
watching for several years for support for the "focus" command
for by IPEVO Ziggy document camera so I can avoid the delicate
task of manually focussing.

I suspect there are similar issues with other cameras that have
some commands. The software that came with the Ziggy for Win7
did allow a keyboard command to sharpen focus automatically.

If anyone has ideas on such commands, I'll give it another try.
