As Alan says, webcam support is pretty good, though I've been watching for several years for support for the "focus" command for by IPEVO Ziggy document camera so I can avoid the delicate task of manually focussing. I suspect there are similar issues with other cameras that have some commands. The software that came with the Ziggy for Win7 did allow a keyboard command to sharpen focus automatically. If anyone has ideas on such commands, I'll give it another try.
