i'm teaching a local linux class next week, and while the class is
predominantly linux, the client wants a smattering of solaris content.
easiest solution is to just create/download a bootable USB drive
containing solaris, and use that for the better part of a day.

anyone out there gone down that road? i need little more than to
bring up solaris and project the result and talk about it. thoughts?
should it be fairly straightforward? any personal experience you care
to share?

  thanks muchly.
